Sadly not. Nintendo make some older version games from the PS3 and PS2 available to play on PS4 via their subscription service "Playstation Now!" but Family Feud isn't one of those supported.
You might like to look at this as an alternative

It's not the same thing but it is a great icebreaker for family gaming
