How to sort email addresses on the SECOND character of the name field. EXAMPLE:


danderson@xyz.com
bberringer@xyz.com
qhubbard@xyz.com
cjones@aaa.com

WHEN THE ABOVE IS SORTED, it should look like this:

danderson@xyz.com
bberringer@xyz.com
qhubbard@xyz.com
cjones@aaa.com
