In Windows 10 pro Group Policy settings

In Windows 10 pro, I have one administrator user and one standard user. I would like to set some group policy restrictions for the standard user. how do I set gp restrictions for the standard user if within the standard user it will not let me open gpedit.msc?
Also after I set those restrictions can I export them so I can import them to another computer?

and if so, if I have 10 restrictions do I have to export/import them individually or can I do them as a batch?
Thanks

Was gpedit disabled for the standard user? You should be able to enable it via group policy then set your restrictions then disable it again.

McKnife The info about Non-Administrative policy settings worked ok just fine. but I need to put it on several computers and would like to export the settings to them with out having to to do each individually. I see an export setting but not an import setting. Is there a way to duplicate the settings?
Thanks Tony D
