Looking for a group conference call system where 10 people can ask questions to the presenter in an orderly way

Looking for a group conference call system where 10 people can ask questions to the presenter in an orderly way - any recommendations?  Can be paid or free.  It will be used for business meetings.  The conference call system needs to allow raised hands for questions to be seen by the whole group not just the organizer.  I would appreciate your help.  Thank you

from the conference calls I've been involved in there has been a chat box to the side of the presentation and when the conference gets to the Q/A section the moderator then asks the question of the presenter.

Used Microsoft Skype with 3-30 people to share the moderators desktop. We were not allowed to attach a microphone to the PC, so we called into a conference call phone number. On the left side of the desktop display is a chat box. Many times I didn't know who of the 30 people were talking because several voices sounded alike and I mentioned that, but moderators never required a new person talking to start with "John here". But the chat box allowed for private side bar conversations (and we knew who was chatting - good). We could provide web links to the entire group when someone expressed a need for some information. Although there wasn't a formal raise hand button, a convention could have been made by using an emoji, such as a happy face or other emoji's provided by Skype.

So, although our approach was a little chaotic, that really didn't have to do with Skype, but rather not following any conference meeting civil conventions. A meeting of 10 people around a table can be just as chaotic without a moderator setting the rules so that one person speaks at a time.
