FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted.
Error shows that your ISO image file is not bootable. Make sure .iso file is bootable.
If your importing existing .vdi, first copy the .vdi file in virtualbox virtual disks repository directory, while creating new VM select use existing hard disk.
Don't attached .iso image.

Are you trying to BOOT from the ISO to install an OS, or BOOT from the virtual disk.

What device are you booting from? This looks like starting from a freshly initialized disk. (.vdi?)...
What is yor system boot order? is cd-rom included? and mentioned FIRST.
