How to setup a video or audio conference call using 0365 Teams
Hi
Our staff are going to have a board meeting in a room. This meeting room has a Projector, PC Speakers and Webcam.
There will be some directors outside our organisation, who want to join the meeting and they would like to dial into the meeting using Teams in Office 0365 through a Video or Voice.
I have not done this type of set up using Microsoft Teams.
Do I need to log into my Teams account in the PC in the board meeting in a room?
Do I need to provide my email address to join the meeting through Team?
What other details I need to provide for the directors to join the meeting through team.
Please let me know how to achieve this.
Any help and tutorials much appreciated.

If you want people to dial in, you will need a license of O365 Audio Conferencing: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/audio-conferencing-in-office-365

Thanks and that works great Kesavan.
I did some test and Only when i use the official email address( 0365), i am able to successfully do the video conference .
On the teams i sent an invite using a gmail address and when the participant logged into gmail account and
on the bottom it says Join Microsoft Teams meeting - it gave 2 options
download the app
or join the web based , he chose web based and it is saying
"Only people with access to this org can join its meetings"
" If you have an account with access to this org sign with that account otherwise contact the meeting organiser."
That means Teams will not work with other email , such as gmail ...?

people outside your organization can join your meetings but you need to turn on the guest access: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/guest-access-checklist
Hello,
You can login to the PC with your credentials and start teams meeting from the room.
Speakers, Webcam etc will be used for the meeting.
For others to Join, you need to create a teams meeting and share the invite.
