You might have some components from Office 2013 even if you don't run the Suite itself. Is there anything listed in "Programs and Features" related to Office 2013?

Well, I had SharePoint Designer 2013 because there is no Office 365 version or 2016 version. I haven't had to use in in years now. I am presently uninstalling Office 365 and SP Designer 2013 with the MS Support and Recovery Assistant. I will re-install Office from our 365 tenant and NOT install SP Designer and see how that goes. If the Office 2013 Updates come back under Windows Updates that is.

After that uninstall, I am going to clean everything with either CleanMyPC or Revo Uninstaller BEFORE I reinstall Office 365.
I also have the AD Admin Tools installed; do I need to uninstall those and try to get them from the Windows OS build 1909 I am at?

Would be nice even though they are not related to Office 2013.

CleanMyPC is finding them still, but it looks like they all will come off as "Leftovers Cleanup." I would think that means there are folder/directory structures and registry keys to be removed/repaired. Thankfully it does 10 at a time. Thanks for your assistance.
