Sharepoint document library menu bar question

We are using modern SharePoint site and do not wish to go to classic sharepoint. a few questions

Is there a way to remove/hide the "powerapps" item from the document library menu bar? We are not at the stage where we are supporting it.

Is there a way to remove/hide the "link" option in the document library menu drop down?

Is there a way to limit the results to only a specific site and not return results from the whole site collection. Or tell the search to only search in specific folders?

Hi,
1. There are no direct settings to disable/hide the 'PowerApps' menu item from the document library. You can achieve this using application extension and some CSS hacks using SharePoint Framework.
2. The same goes for the 'link' option
3. There are multiple ways to restrict the search results.
   - You can create a result source with the list of site collections that have to be included
   - You can edit the default search results web part and include the filter query "-path:<site URL>" which will not show the results from the site collection or site.
   - You can either include or exclude the document library from search, you cannot limit the search to the list of folders inside a document library. Maybe you can use the 1st and 2nd methods.
