Thank you Jeff and Adam, I can only access to this information right now and was wondering if the domain is in hybrid connection. then I can not tell by looking at the attributes.  but  it seems to me that something needs to be added to distinguish the user synched from the one not.  anyways.
Jeff Glover

So we don't really refer to a domain being hybrid. That is reserved for Application servers like Exchange and SharePoint. If you go into Office 365 as an Admin and look at the users > Active Users, you will see which ones are synced with Active directory and which ones are not. if you are using the new admin center experience, you will need to add the column Sync status to the view. Them users that are synced will have a funny looking page like icon and ones not synced will have a little cloud icon. In your on-prem AD, there is nothing at all to tell you which ones are synced.
