ASKER CERTIFIED SOLUTION

This solution is only available to members.
To access this solution, you must be a member of Experts Exchange.
So you should have said to us that you have a coexistence environment setup because this is very basic to an exchange expert I. E. Accessing ecp in coexistence environment.
You need to open IIS and under back-end website check the bindings. It should have a valid certificate binded or you can also set the same cert which is set on front-end default website.
Also verify the user from which u logged on needs to have organisation management role permission.
