Microsoft / Office 365 inaccessible, all other services accessible - problem with registry key?
I've seen this issue pop up on a second machine, so now I'm just a little puzzled. Is there any known correlation between the HomePage registry key and Office 365? Checked out a W10 machine one time, everything functional, internet connection just fine, only that Microsoft services are inaccessible. Outlook and SfB do not succeed at connecting, and navigating to O365 portal in browser immediately results in connection reset.

Disabled AV, reboot, same situation. Deleted sign in info of a user to test, now error shows for SfB - problem requiring personal certificate required to sign in. Suspect underlying issue is also preventing connection to o365 portal and outlook. Already cleared SfB cache, anything else to try?
You need to uninstall AV and restart the computer and try again.
