How do I change the font size to between small and medium?

Yes, the Small Font display on the desktop is too small and the Medium Font is too big.

pick Window Color at bottom and adjust various items

1. Click Start. Type Font Size in the search box, and press Enter.
2. In the Display window that appears, choose the Medium font size (125 percent of the default size) or the Larger font size (150 percent of the default size).

The solution by Kesavan is the same as my first post at #a43033944 

However, the OP then says: "...Small Font display on the desktop is too small and the Medium Font is too big."

The other solutions I  or Daniel posted would then be the alternative.
