As far as I understand it updates are no longer a pick and choose since WS2016 (you get all or nothing). They are cumulative updates.<br />

So you have these options:<br />
1. You can use WSUS. This is the best way to control Windows updates and you select what you want to install.<br />
2. You can disable automatic updates and install them manually.

Thank you for the info. I uninstalled the patches, but when I go into view installed history it shows as installed patches. But, it is not listed &quot;uninstalled section&quot;. Is it normal?
