Win10 Security tab issue

I have a Win10 Pro (64bit) WrkStn.  12Gb RAM; 1909 version
When I try to go into the - Settings, Windows Update, Windows Security, and then "any" of the Protection Areas
(ie - Virus & Threat protection; Account Protection; Firewall & Network Protection; etc) the windows opens & then
immediately closes !!!  No matter how I try to access this area - Windows Security - this happens.  I am running, as
Virus Protection, Malwarebytes Premium; and, it tells me I have "NO" infections.  Ideas or suggestions .......

PC is working fine otherwise .......

Is Windows Security service running?
Does it happen on a different user account?

Please run:
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Security Center is running (Auto - Delayed Start;  Local Service)
Running Scans Now
Thank-you
Running Scans Now
So you got it working?
Wait one ....
Sorry, I rebooted the PC after I ran both scans
Both scans came back reporting "No Issues"
I rebooted and teted the PC ... same behaviour !!!
Do you have an AV installed?
Yes, I stated in the original description we use Malwarebytes Premium
Then try to disable Malwarebytes and see if anything changes.
I tried that and it had no affect; the issue remained as before (disabling Malwarebytes - no positive affect)
2:30 am .... Thank-you for the support thus far tonight ......
I am calling it an evening
Will check back in tomorrow ......

I truly love "All" you Experts out there ......
You have assisted me many times .......

Good night & God Bless
I'd uninstall it completely to be sure.

What kind of account has this issue? A user account or an admin account?

Did you try a different user account to see if this is a computer/profile issue?

If you have made any changes/updates recently, what about System Restore?
i have said to uninstall mBam
if it does not help - run a chckdsk on your OS drive
if that returns ok, run sfc /scannow
i have said to uninstall mBam
I cannot find it anywhere. That's why I suggested it.

run sfc /scannow
The result is "No issues". Please read the thread carefully.
Uninstalling Malwarebytes would make the most sense, as previously suggested. However, you should also try to log in with a different account and see what happens (that's also been suggested before)

When did it last work? Even System Restore might be an option.
We are going to try a "repair install" of windows today
Did you run System Restore? Try it first.

If this won't help you, then I would reset the system. You have a few options:
1. Reset the system with "Keep my files" option: Settings -> Update and Security -> Recovery -> Reset this PC -> Keep my files
2. Reinstall the system with Keep Everything (data, apps, settings). See more here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4000735/windows-10-reinstall#Reinstall%20Windows%2010%C2%A0using%20installation%20media
3. Clean installation
We ended up running a "repair install" of Windows 10 Professional and it resolved the issue.

Thank-you for ALL of the assistance given.
