That's bizarre.
Does it work in the file I uploaded? Just looking at the formatting of the dates, the file I uploaded just had:
dd mmmm yyyy (01 March 2020)
The screenshot shows ddd d mmmm yyyy (Sunday 1 March 2020)
If you have copied the formulas from my uploaded sheet to your proper file, you need to also copy the Conditional Formatting.

Maybe the WEEKDAY function that I have used in the Conditional Formatting hasn't translated into German correctly so the formatting isn't getting applied.

Does it work in the file I uploaded? No it looks like the hardcopy I have sent.
Which version of Excel are you using? I notice that the file you sent was an .xls and my version of Excel has opened it in compatibility mode. The xlsx format was introduced in Excel 2007 so am thinking if you're using an earlier version then the functions may not be available.

Hi Rob,
I am using Excel 2010...but the co-workers are using Excel 2003 or older.
It is fine. I added to your program with 4 days for Sat/Sun/or Holiday work.
Take a look at my hardcopy.
So if somebody will work there I am covered.
Thank you very much for your help, from yesterday and today. It makes the work a lot of easier.
Have a great day. Best regards to England.

Great Help, keep up the good work
Seems like a plan, more than one way to skin a cat as they say. That probably translates into German literally and doesn't seem particularly kind to cats!!
Thanks for the feedback.
