how to use or make my ip phone work from home ??

hi guys,
i got 1 cisco ip phone.
and i have nbn fibre to premises connection at my home. 50/25 mbps

how do i make my ip phone work and make national/international calls ??? is it possible ? or should i talk about some voice service or pbx system to my isp provider ?

what sip server I should use or configure in phone ?
is it something I should ask my isp provider ??

Which DSL Router so you have ?

I got a tp link router
and it’s not dsl. as i told originally its fibtre to premises . so got wan port for internet

I'm assuming that this is an IP phone from your workplace. The biggest thing is how you have your phone configured. Is it configured to connect to a private or public IP address? Another factor is whether your router at home is configured to do SIP ALG. In many cases, this messes things up, so turning it off tends to help.

it’s a brand new ip phone
trying to use for my personal use.
I believe I should go sign up for any hostedpbx to get voip service
