Azure Dynamic Group rule assistance.
Hello,
I need to create a dynamic rule in Azure to group users which their their FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME are not blank(NULL). The other word, this group should exclude all service accounts or generic name in our company.
Please advise the rule to do it.
