All PDF's in Outlook 2016 will not open virus Message
I have a client who out of nowhere all of a sudden will not open PDF attachments
I tested and he can open any other document attached even in the same email
can open word and excel but not PDF it gives him the error Message below
Removed and reinstalled Adobe Same issue
Uninstalled antivirus rebooted tested same issue

PDF extension is denied from Outlook. What happens if the same PDF attached to the Mail is saved on the Desktop? Can you open it from the Desktop?

Yes I can
Run Outlook with admin rights, open PDF, when warning appears, say allow PDF/no warning. Now the normal user will have the same settings.

It works in Safe mode so I went into options and un checked all addins
Closed Outlook and reopened it and does the same thing
ran Outlook.exe /resetnavpane same issue
What am I missing here?

You missed the steps I told you, obviously.

Already ran that Repair from Utube link in original Question
Called Microsoft and we spend 2.5 hours on the phone even setting up another Profile caused the Same Error
They Said to Uninstall Office Reboot PC Delete Microsoft Office folder in Program files and Program data
Reboot and do fresh install....
Will Try that when I get a chance...

editing that registry entry fixed the problem, are you sure you have the same version of outlook as the one in the video? in cas you do not, then the number would be different in your registry key
