Exchange Server receives mail but not delivered to mailbox
We use Barracuda Essentials for anti-spam and it receives all incoming email and hands off valid ones to our on-premise 2016 Exchange Server. It is working fine except for one external account that shows the email being accepted by our exchange server but it never makes it to the intended user's inbox. When I do searches using Get-MessageTrackingLog - sender [external email account that isn't working] then there is no response other than a blank line which indicates no emails were received. I checked the event logs and there where no events that appear to be related, error or otherwise.
Check to see if the Exchange server is implementing the Anti-Spam agents. If they're enabled, you may need to whitelist the sender for it to work. Or disable the anti-spam agents.

Mahesh, as stated in the question, the Barracuda servers show there was a successful hand off to our Exchange server. It give a message id that I cannot locate anywhere on our server. Barracuda support has told us that because it's been transferred to our email server successfully they cannot do anything further.

Here is what we get at when an email is redelivered:
Adam, the emails have not shown up 15 minutes after being released from Barracuda again. I did whitelist the email address and will give you an update on the status.
I'm using Get-MessageTrackingLog - Sender [sender email address] to see if it shows up in Exchange.
