Hi,

Simple question. Is O365 uses TLS protocol to send email or we need to activate this function?

Thanks

O365 uses Opportunistic TLS on incoming and outgoing email. You can't turn this off. This means it will use TLS as long as the sending/receiving server supports Opportunistic TLS. If not, TLS will not be used.

If the connection is encrypted with TLS do we need to encrypt email too?

That's a question for you to answer. If you need the additional security, go for it.
