Hello,

You can use the 180 Days eval of Windows Server, which can be downloaded from Microsoft.

If the second question is to learn Azure, I would suggest to get a free trial with few free dollars credited to try out and learn the basic stuffs.

If you want to try deploying a privilate cloud similar to Azure, You need to start learning about AzurePack which can be deoployed in onpremise and build a priviate cloud on top of that.

Hello,

Azure Pack is for building on-premise private cloud on top of your onpremise hypervisor. Its not related with Azure Public Cloud. But Azure Pack will give you the similar level of flexibility and GUI , which you can see in Azure Cloud.

For the Free Azure Account, Check this link.

The 180 days trial cannot be renewed officially, but there are few tweaks which are available to reset the trial period. You can try that and see if that helps.

Cheers !

This service also allow to creaet Azure SQL server?

usually we just create the Azure SQL service and then manage the rest using SSMS, right?

I don't see anyway to keep using web Azure portal to handle a lot of thing.
