How Embed Hyperlink In Wordpress For .jpg
I know how to manually insert a hyperlink in each image I want to put in a post. However, I have untrained people that aren't used to working with links that can insert images. So, is there a way to slice an image upload the image and html code to Wordpress, then be able to insert the media with the hyperlink embedded in the image already?
you can paste the html in the wordpress editor. It will pull the images if they are mentioned correctly (urls) in the code.

I understand how to do what you are saying. I need to know how to hyperlink the url in the image before it ever gets to the wordpress editor.
I use https://imgbb.com/ or cloudinary.com
with both you have a shared URL (public) for the image.
This way you embed the image to the code and then just copy and paste the code into the wordpress editor.

the process is you have to upload the images to either platform
then take the links
then insert the link on the html code where they should be
then copy everything and paste it in the wordpress editor in the code version (html)

Thanks for the suggestion but this isn't what I want. My people won't be able to navigate the html code you are suggesting. I am wanting a way to just create the image ahead of time with the link embedded into it already. Then my users can just insert that image and the hyperlink will be there already. This way they won't need to access the code view. I have Photoshop CC if that helps.
