Win 10 Pro hooked to Hyper-V VM with Server 2016 and AD, asking for admin credentials to uninstall a program from Windows 10

I have a Hyper-V VM with Server 2016 Standard and it's an AD.

I created a user and then hooked up a Windows 10 Pro machine to the domain with that users's credentials.

However if I try to  uninstall a program on the Windows 10 machine, I'm asked to login with credentials and the only one it takes is my Admin username and password for the VM server.

Why is that?

The user account is operating under Standard User (Domain\Users = LocalPC\Users in Groups) requiring admin elevation to make changes.

This is a good thing.

ASKER

Oh.. Ok...

Maybe bad in another, in a minor sense.
If I wanted to give a more capable user such ability (its a small 10 user network, well will. be shortly), do I just up his cred's on the server end?
