Inflate Thin Provisioned Disk:<br />

I have tried to inflate thin provisioned disk, but I got error:<br />
<br />
<b>&quot;Unable to access file [Shared-Datastore] VM1/VM1_2.vmdk since it is locked &quot;</b><br />
<br />
So, is this possible only when the VM is powered off ? is inflating thin provisioned disk will male it Think provisioned disk ?<br />

Inflate Thin Provisioned Disk:
