if ESX hosts are in a Cluster, and one of the ESX host is low in resources, I thought the VM will be vMotioned to another ESX host within the cluster.

It will use vMotion to live migrate VMs, if a VM cannot get the required resources on the host.<br />

But it's not a Load Balancer, a common mistake!
