copying an excel sheet which has many formulas & formats to a worksheet which shows no formulas but keeps all formats

to clarify, i need to copy an excel worksheet with formulas into a new wksht but hide all the formulas, so just copy the data & formats only.

You are welcome.
Right-click on the worksheet tab at the bottom -> Move or Copy -> Select a desired Excel book -> tick the Create a copy option -> OK
