Replacing the Arial font from a machine not exhibiting the issue is the fast fix. Slower options are 1) creating a new account on the same machine, which often fixes it, or 2) doing a clean system install. As a test, create a new separate Windows account and see if the issue occurs with that account.

I think her PC needs a clean install as I can't delete and recreate her user account. &nbsp;However, there are several others that also have Wing Dings show up, but less often, say once per every 2 months. &nbsp;Also, we already replaced the Arial font on her machine. &nbsp;And I did make sure the memory in preferences was set at 256 instead of the default 128.

Seemed to be fixed for a while, but now two weeks later, the same employee had problems with Wing Dings showing up all over Filemaker again. &nbsp;We had to reboot her PC as closing and reopening FM didn't even work. &nbsp;She has FM16, latest revision and 256mb assigned in preferences.<br />
