vCenter not detecting addition of space to a datastor

vCenter not detecting addition of space to a datastore. Datastore is on a SAN, carved out as a LUN on a VNX 5300. I increased the LUN from the VNX5300. unable to see any changes in vcenter.

Has the LUN changed sized presented to ESXi host ?

Select Properties of the datastore and select Increase and follow the wizard ?

This did it for me. didnt know i needed to increase on vcenter side after increasing on SAN.

Because it's NOT AUTOMATIC!!!!

The two systems are complete isolated!!!

Unless you have all the logic and plugins in vCenter Server and Expand and drive from there!
