Changing the name format of Gmail emails - Google G-Suite

I have a Gmail mailbox attached to an user in G-Suite that's in the name of an organisation, not a person's name, so the "FirstName LastName" format doesn't apply. Google doesn't allow for one of these fields to be blank either, so just to get around this, I've had to put the first half the org name in First Name, and other other half in Last Name. But is there a way around this? I can't imagine I'm the only one faced with this problem.

I can change from "First Last" to "Last, First", but this doesn't help because I cannot have the First or Last fields blank.

Hi, thanks for the tip, but I followed the instructions and it's not letting me click the RENAME button. I con confirm that I've followed it correctly, because when I do Alt+0160 I can see the cursor move one step to the right. However the RENAME remains greyed out.

The moment I add a proper character, the RENAME button lights up instantly.

I've tried doing it the other way round as well, doing the Alt+0160 in the FirstName field instead, but that's the same behaviour.

I've also tried doing Alt+0160 in Notepad and copy/pasting it in to the field, just in case, but this doesn't work either.

The referenced article is from 2012 so I'm guessing that Google have clamped down on this workaround at some point since.

Oh, I've just read through the comments underneath this article, and another suggestion is Alt+0685 instead.

I can confirm that this works!

Glad to know you have solved the problem. Cheers!

Sorry for not having tested before I posted my earlier comment.
