Cisco Call Forward All to Mobiles not working

Hello,

We have CUCM V12.5 installed. I have users in London, Paris and Singapore and I am having issues with Call Forwarding.

I am based in London and if I put my 8851 on call forward to my mobile anyone in the London office can call my number and it will forward to my mobile fine.

If someone in my Paris or Singapore offices calls my number they get "Fast Busy". If I turn call forwarding off they can call me fine.

If I forward my number to another internal number it also works fine. The issue just seems to be forwarding to external numbers.

Each location uses its own Device Pools, Partitions and CSS's etc...

My guess is the call is coming to london and then trying to break out of the London Voice Gateway but the format is incorrect. The London Voice Gateway is a Cisco ISR4321 andis attached to a SIP line.

Thanks in advance

Please port output from "debug ccsip messages" on the ISR during a good forward and a bad one. There is probably an error returned from the carrier that will point us in the right direction.

This is a debug from a London phone calling my extension 1340 and forwarding to my mobile ending 883028

Spitfire tell me they don't accept G.729 they only accept G.711ALAW and G.711ULAW. I have gone into my regions and calls between London and Paris I have changed to G.722/G.711 with 64kbps.

Call Manager says I need to reset the devices so I am waiting for a window to do this.
Good call. Resetting a Call Manager SIP trunk drops all of the calls on the trunk. I think the codec change is going to fix the issue.
This is now fixed. Thanks for all your help.

I do have one question though with all the testing I did yesterday I now seem to have messed up one of my CSS.

Call forwards were originally using GB-LON-CFWDALL-CSS with this applied now I get "Call cannot be completed as dialled"

I can get around this by using another CSS "GB-LON-UNRESTRICTED-CSS" however, it means changing 66 profiles.

I am pretty sure I put everything back how it was but I obviously haven't

My GB-LONCFWDALL-CSS contains the following:-

GB-PSTN-CFWD-PT
LINE-PT
SYSTEM-PT

My GB-LON-UNRESTRICTED-CSS contains

GB-LON-SHORTDIAL-PT
GB-LON-E164-XLATE-PT
GB-PSTN-PT

They look the same as yesterday.....
It would appear that the CFWDALL CSS is selecting a Route Pattern that is not working, but the UNRESTRICTED CSS is selecting a RP that works. You can use the DNA to see what patterns are being selected. https://<callmanagerIP>/DNA
The DNA is a little clunky. Select a phone and line in the DNA with the UNRE CSS, enter the pattern that you're forwarding too. See what come up. Then change the CSS to CFWDALL and see what the difference is.
Cheers Timothy, pointed me in the right direction and got me up and running again quickly.
