Mails stuck in Outbox folder gone?
This is about using MS Outlook for MS Exchange Server 2013. On my office PC, I use outlook for routine mail receiving and sending, and calendar as well. One day, I shut down my outlook in hurry with few outgoing mails stuck in the outbox folder.
I am quite worried as few are urgent mails to be sending out. So, I use my home notebook, and then vpn to the office. However, I saw no mail stuck in the outbox, neither any latest mails shown in the sent folder.
Where are those stuck mails gone?
Thanks in advance.

Did you check your Drafts folder?
The Outbox of the same Client you shutted down or "another" Outbox such as OWA or another Client? Consider that Outbox is specific to the Client used.
Based on the fact that you can schedule an email for future delivery, close Outlook and the email will still be delivered, my guess is that the emails went out. Do you have access to the Exchange server to the extent that you could check the logs to see if the emails were sent?

Hi all,
Forget to mention, there was an Internet outage when the user sending mails.

What's between the CLIENT and the Exchange SERVER? The LAN or the Internet Connection that went down?
