Unable to locate SRM and its plugin in VCSA 6.7 [HTML5] while it is there in Flex

There isn’t really a plug-in it’s a registration with VCSA 6.7 have you made sure you’ve gone to home in VCSA 6.7 and check Recovery icon is present?

Otherwise logon to VR appliance and check registration

VC is VCSA 6.7 U3

SRM is 8.2

vSphere Replication appliance is already registered

It is not visible in HTML based client but there in Flex Based client

Check this log...

C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\serviceability\logs\vsphere_client_virgo.log

there was an issue with third party plugins affecting SR plugin.(as you have a third party plugin present)

also you could check the MOB

not able to locate under Mob and Extents

Thanks Andrew,Actaully issue here is am able to locate SRM and it pluging when using FELX Client but not able to locate under HTML5?
so will that be okay to stop replciation and repair the same?
Regarding logs this is VCSA 6.7 and tried to locate the same under given path for plugin..but no luck
Restrated Servcies for WebClinet and UI- no luck

You need to check as this is cosmetic only, if this is a real issue, and worth the effort of breaking the pair, and re-pariing.

because it could cause issues fixing the issues afterwards.
