How do you delete files that won't delete from a Windows Server?
I am cleaning up some old files on a Windows server and a few of them will not delete.
What is the best way to get rid of them?
I looked at CCleaner, however, for a business they charge a monthly fee.
Is there other software that can do the job?

Can you try to delete them with SHIFT - DEL?
You can use the 7-Zip File Manager to delete these files.

Shift Del did not work. I'll try 7-Zip
Folders and Files might be too deep in the tree structure. Cut the parent Folder and Paste it in a Folder such as C:\Temp. Once done you should be able to delete the Folder.
Please Note: Cut+Paste, NOT Copy+Paste.

Even though 7-Zip states it will do it, it gets the exact same message.
Also, I tried the cut/paste and it fails with the exact same message.

Thanks
I am glad to hear that. You are welcome.
Can you give us an example? Do you get any error while trying to delete them?
