just wonder can WSUS update office version to v1908 ? any help would be appreciated

yes our office version are from volume license, the update will auto detect office version and upgrade it once new version release ? am i right

Click-to-Run is the technology used to install Office 365 subscription and most versions of Office 2013 and newer. Windows Installer technology (MSI) was used to install the volume license editions of older versions of Office 2016 and older, such as Microsoft Office Professional Plus and Microsoft Office Standard.

What version of MS Office do you have? It seems you have Office365 (= click-to-run installation) since we are talking about version 1908.

This is what WSUS does (if you have MS Office installed from volume license installation media).
