Doing a backup of local files on Windows 10 PC- should I be backing up local Dropbox files

Hi,

I am backing up data on my Boss's Windows 10 PC and storing backup on external hard drive.

In the folder being backed up there is a folder called Dropbox with a huge amount of images and videos stored over the years.

This Dropbox folder is synced with his online Dropbox account.

It is taking a lot of time to backup this Dropbox folder and a lot of storage taken up on external hard drive.

Should I be backing up this folder?

Thanks,
Robbie

it is already backed up online, If you need the space and dont h ave the time I would skip it
I would say NO since it is already "Backed up" on Cloud.

I would say yes just so you don't have to download all of it back in case he gets a new PC, plus it never hurts to have an extra local backup copy in case he lets the Dropbox account lapse, forgets the password, etc.
