C#.MVC What Controller for MP3 Upload Web Service?

I need a web service that accepts an MP3 file and kicks off a series of steps. So, what is the best type of Controller object to use?

And what kinds of configurations will be best for this? Does this require configurations available only through WCF?

Hi Curious Webster,

Nowadays, people do not use WCF unless they really have to. It is mostly MVC / Web API. There is no ready made controller, you will have to build oen from scratch (this is same for the most basic controller as well - you can scaffold CRUD operations but rest you have to manually implement/change).
