Outlook & Exchange permissions

Administrator's Group (Security) -  in our Domain the Administrators Group is not able to remove members in a Distribution Group that is used inside of outlook 2016. Help is very much appreciated.  Im new to AD 2019.

If the above will not help you, right-click on the group and convert it to Universal Group.
Share the error screenshot.

The are all set as Universal Groups.
I want Administrator's Group to have permission to change membership for groups listed in Outlook 2010.
I attached the error below. It wouldn't emb

I went thru this article, it is not making much sense to me because I'm not that versed in permission. What group must I change to allow administrator's to make changes ?  Can you explain it any easier ?  I apoligize for my ingnorance, I am new to Server 2016.

Yes, Those admins are apart of Domain Admin Group.

This issue occurs if you're not a manager of the group. In this situation, you're not listed in the ManagedBy attribute.

Use Exchange Online PowerShell or the Exchange Management ShellImportantYou have to be an Exchange Online admin, an Exchange admin, or a member of the "Security Group Creation and Membership" role in the Exchange admin center to perform this procedure.
