Printing Outlook Contacts

I am running Windows 10, and use Outlook 365 for my Contacts and Calendar.   I want to print out all of my Contacts, including all memos, but the "Memo Style" will only let me print a single entry - even though I select "Print All Pages".  None of the other styles include the memos.  Please help.

Thanks,

Phil

Shouldn't that you able to do that using Word's Mail Merge feature?

I think you can export the contacts out and then format and print it accordingly.

Echo Ryan,
Export the contact list.

To what end, the question about the calendar?

I tried setting it up this way, but the Word Mail Merge doesn't allow for inserting the "Notes" from the Outlook contacts.
Try exporting contacts including everything.
Look at the resulting csv.
I tried exporting it to a CSV file, but that didn't seem to include the "Notes" either.
The notes, are part ofThe contact view?
Are you able to see and export the notes only? There shoukd be a reference in the notes by which the two data sets can be combined.  Do not have access at the moment to check.
When I go to print the "Memo Style" it gives me exactly what I want, but can only print one Contact at a time in that format.  I don't understand why I can't print ALL of the Contacts in that format, as I do in the other (less complete) styles.
see if you can Export the notes, it might be another option inthe export of contacts that needs to be checked.
No option I can see.
under file open and export
you can export contacts and you can export notes. Much depends on what or how you added notes.

Also during contact export a step before last it gives you an option to map options, notes are part of that data set.
I went through the export process carefully, and my Outlook does not offer an option to export notes (at least I can't find it), and never offers a mapping option (I remember years ago that earlier versions of Outlook did).
Which version are you working with?
