How do I fix connection to VPN site issue?

Good day all! I am trying to figure out why a work at home user has access to all internet sites but not our VPN sites, which normally everyone has access to. If they go back to the office those sites open up fine. Once off the corporate network they no longer can access them, they get page cannot be displayed. I just gave the user a loaner laptop and that works fine off the network and they can access the VPN sites and VPN.

need to check the firewall settings on the computer or laptop to see if the the VPN app can pass through the firewall. Check the port number that the VPN session is using.  Ask user what error messages they get when they try to join a VPN session.  Check the user VPN loggin credentials are correct

>>but not our VPN sites,

What do you mean?

If its a particular URL, when they are connected and it does not work, what IP address gets returned if they nslookup this URL, if its a public IP that's probably why it's not working?

Its both the app and the website. Once I changed out the machine it works fine. Credentials are not the issue because he can login fine on the spare machine. Getting to the website does not require a port neither does the app.

Thanks all. I found the solution for me. I had to set the network profile to Private.
