When should I use ADR

When should I use ADR

It Makes sense using ADR fo Definition Updates, as they come 3 times a day.

For other Software Updates, I am not sure when someone is supposed to use ADR and when to use just regular deployment process(select Updates, create SUG and deploy it to collection)

If ADR is easy then why not always use it ?

any insights on that will be very much appreciated.

Thank you
