Active Directory User Password Reset Page in Server 2016

Is it possible to create a user password reset web page in AD in Server 2016? I could create one in Server 2008 but I'm not finding much on how it is down in Windows 2016.

Thank you

Is that a "reset page"? You may not reset your password that way but only change it.

@Shane: what you are looking for is normally done by using a 3rd party software that works with security questions. For example https://anixis.com/products/apr/default.htm is a product for that.

I thought I made clear that you cannot do it with what's built-in. The link link from the comment that you selected as solution does not apply as it is only able to change passwords, but not able to reset them. May I ask if you got that mixed up?

change=I know the old pw and want to change it
reset=I don't know the old pw and want to reset it.
