A customer of mine has QB POS that when he attempts a cash sale, POS locks up when clicking on "Save Only" after selecting the item, clicking on "cash," conferming the cash sale and then clicking on "Save Only."
I have uninstalled QB, re-installed, run all updates, including the .net framework, ran a virus scan to make sure no viruses were present. The program runs fine otherwise, including excepting sales from a credit card machine. What is causing this, and what is the answer?
