Buying a domain from GSuite

I don't know where to post this question so posting it in C#/.Net Programming.

I want to purchase this domain postmaster@doctoraccessnow.com  from gmail --> https://www.domain.com/email/gsuite-by-google-cloud

1. I go to Domains --> Search for your Domains and search for postmaster@doctoraccessnow.com

2. I get this that the domain is available but you see...the @ is removed. I don't want to purchase it without the @

Is this correct? am I doing it correctly?

>>  "postmaster@doctoraccessnow.com" is an email address

Yes, I want an email address for our business. "doctoraccessnow.com" is our domain. I want an email address for it. But looking at the screenshot above... @ is removed when the search is done. So, when I purchase it... will I get   "postmaster@doctoraccessnow.com" OR   "postmasterdoctoraccessnow.com" i?
I meant "buying an email"...not a domain. Title to my question is wrong.

Under "Email" in that link...still the same... @ is removed.

Then what you want is an email server or service.  Where is your domain hosted?

GoDaddy.

I used to have access to admin@doctoraccessnow.com. It was bought thru Gmail Business by someone who doesn't work for us anymore. We didn't know we need to renew it so now I've lost access to it.

I want to create a new email account admin@doctoraccessnow.com

We don't know our userid/pwd to GoDaddy because we can't contact the person who left. He didn't do a turnover so I can't login to GoDaddy.
>>you should able to access the Admin Console and create the new email address easily. The email address is usually free if you have the control over the domain name.

On what site? I know admin@doctoraccessnow.com was bought thru GMail Business 7 yrs ago
I don't know why it removes the @ when I do a search for the email. I don't want to buy admindoctoraccessnow.com email... I want to buy
admin@doctoraccessnow.com

Thanks guys. I remember I tried to recover the account with GoDaddy last year and they wanted some credentials. I'll contact them again on Monday to resolve this.

>>what you need to do is to prove that you are the owner of the site domain

I think that's what they needed and the person is not with the company anymore. I'll try again.

>>The email setup might be paid

We have control over our domain. Our admin didn't renew admin@doctoraccessnow.com (didn't pay for it to renew it). That's why we can't access the email.

Note that I want to have admin@doctoraccessnow.com EMAIL...not domain. We have the domain and we'll contact GoDaddy to get access to our account.

I should be able to register a new email address admin@doctoraccessnow.com  or whatever. I still don't know why I can't.
1) You or someone now has control of this domain, through 2022-07-13.

imac> whois doctoraccessnow.com | egrep -i expiry
   Registry Expiry Date: 2022-07-13T18:57:28Z

2) If you have control, then whatever email system is being used will be how your setup your admin user account.

Better to set "configure a new email address" as saying "register a new email address" is confusing.

Normally you "register" a domain, then "setup or configure" some email addresses for the domain.

3) In your case, this domain uses GSuite for email...

imac> dig +short doctoraccessnow.com mx
20 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.
20 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.
10 aspmx.l.google.com.
30 aspmx2.googlemail.com.
30 aspmx3.googlemail.com.

So you'll setup/configure the admin email address inside GSuite.

Yes. Thanks. This thread went all over the place but helped me get a better understanding:)
I made a mistake when I said domain. Should've been email. I noted it above.
Thanks. Please stay safe and healthy wherever you live. Difficult times.
