Hi,
Please Do you know if the license windows server 2012 R2 Std can deliver a licence RDS cal for windows server 2016 (in Remote Desktop Services License Manager)?
If not what is the solution ?

It will work. In actuality, what happens is that the CALs you purchase today will be Windows 2019 user cals, but they'll work for any version of RDS up to and including Windows Server 2019.

Please, What is the steps to configure the users Cals, because in windows server 2012 I don't found the product version of <indows server 2016 or 2019 (images attached )

after right-click on the server name and then click "Install Licenses." I want to choose the product version but I don't found the product version of windows server 2016 or 2019 (images attached )

Choose the highest level there - Windows Server 2012. If that doesn't work, you may have to call Microsoft. I haven't run into this issue myself.

I'm not sure I understand your question. The CALs will be listed in the Licensing Manager and should show up as a separate line for Windows 2019 Remote Desktop Licenses. If you click on that, it will show a list of licenses that have been assigned (if any) and what user or device has been licensed. The licenses are assigned as connections are made so at first all you'll see is that no licenses have been used.

I want to use those licenses for 10 users can connect via RDP on the windows server 2016
I configure the the RDS another windows server 2012 ( create the license)
but how I can config the server 2016 also to linked with the server 2012 RDS
