Does FortiGate 30e with 6.2.3 firmware work with FortiCloud?

When we were configuring our FortiGate 30e about 2 months ago, right out of the box we upgraded its firmware to 6.2.3.  When we tried to manage it using FortiCloud, we got a message saying that FortiCloud did not support that firmware on that device, so we downgraded it to 6.2.2 and all is well.

We would like to update it to 6.2.3, and according to this link

https://www.forticloud.com/help/supportedmodels.html

that should not pose a compatibility problem.  However, we would just like to hear the same answer twice.

Can anyone confirm that the 30e with 6.2.3 firmware can be managed by FortiCloud?

Thank you...

If it's on the list, yes.

Some people have reported subscription issues causing this.

Thank you, but we had a subscription at the time in question.  When we downgraded to a lower release of the firmware, then our ability to manage the device in FortiCloud worked just fine... so our question still stands.

" We had a subscription at the time in question "

In this case, you had to open a support ticket with Fortinet.

Ibrahim Kasabri, thank you, but please read my original question.  Yes, we see that Fortinet says that it should work; however, it did not, and we are seeking an answer from someone that is using that same combination without conflict (i.e. hoping to hear the same answer twice).

Ibrahim, thank you for that last link.  Good find.

Hardware Firewalls

Hardware-based firewalls provide more sophisticated protection for inbound and outbound traffic than the simple Windows software firewall or the basic NAT firewalls found in routers. These devices implement techniques such as stateful packet inspection, deep packet inspection, and content filtering; and may include built-in antivirus and anti-malware protection.
