Printer & Devices in Control panel, flashes and closes immediately.
In RD Server, when try to open Printer & Devices in Control panel, flashes and closes immediately.
No one can print and when try to print the App crashes. (tried Notepad, Word so on)
Even can't get to a printer to do Windows test print.

try running sfc / scannow from an elevated prompt

OS is 2016 Server Std
Eventlog shows no errors or anything else
Print spooler has been started as well as database for print spooler cleared
Run sfc with no fix
Have escalated to Microsoft and if they give us the resolution, we will post here
(if they fix it)

Run dism /online /cleanupimage //restorehealth
