HP recommend UPD on the Citrix server and model specific drivers for the M404 series locally<br />

Check their locally installed version, HP quote 48.2.4515 in their compatibility document but the current is 48.3.4530 which works with the latest UPD<br />

(Assumes your Citrix printer sharing settings are correct - but as she can see the printer being offered that sounds like it's the case)

Citrix Xenapp desktop local printer cant printing at home
