Zoom Audio Issues

We are of course using Zoom now just like everyone else in the world.  I have a user with a pro account that keeps losing sound about 10 minutes into the session.  It is simply muting.  Once they toggle the mute again it comes back on, but mutes again around the same amount of time.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
