Conditional Formatting - shade cell based on value of another cell

Experts,

I  need to set up a conditional formatting to shade cells in Col L purple for any corresponding cell in Col E that contains the word "Building".  How can i do that?

for example
cell E6 contains the word building so shade cell L6 purple.

thank you

Hi Tom, I tried that but it shades cells that contain the text only.  i need to shade other cells in the same row and not the cells trhat contain the text.
For example
cell E6 contains the word building so shade cell L6 purple.   I dont want to shade cell E6.  Only L6.

so basically highlight every cell in Column L  based on the criteria for column E.
Oops, my mistake. Not at a computer at the moment. Thinking IF statement.
