Install SSL Certificate in IIS 8

Hi.  I have an SSL certificate that I got from GoDaddy that I need to install on my dedicated Server hosted through Liquid Web and I have no idea how to do that?  Any help would be much appreciated.  I have access to my server but Liquid Web is understandably a little reluctant to help because I am only paying for the server itself.

What is the format / file extension of the certificate? If its is .pfx and you know the password, you can do import in the IIS manager. If not, try the "Complete Certificate Request" action. However, that may fail, depending how did you produce the certificate request.

Also, you could try to follow this tutorial, on the last step, instead of "Trusted root CA", choose "Web hosting" or personal. The installed certificate should be then seen in the IIS manager.
Check this out:

It shows how to install a certificate wuth Liquid Web.
