What is the format / file extension of the certificate? If its is .pfx and you know the password, you can do import in the IIS manager. If not, try the &quot;Complete Certificate Request&quot; action. However, that may fail, depending how did you produce the certificate request.<br />

Also, you could try to follow <a href="https://support.securly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026808753-How-to-manually-install-the-Securly-SSL-certificate-on-Windows" rel="ugc">this tutorial</a>, on the last step, instead of &quot;Trusted root CA&quot;, choose &quot;Web hosting&quot; or personal. The installed certificate should be then seen in the IIS manager.
